Yes! There are fee-free ATMs in the United Kingdom, Canada, Puerto Rico, Australia and Mexico. However, you must let us know your travel plans before you leave the country to make sure your card is unlock for international transactions.

Are there additional fees for using an ATM internationally?

Yes, using an ATM internationally may incur additional fees. If you use your card at an international ATM, Mastercard applies the following Cross-Border Assessment (CBA) fees:

  • Transactions Settled in U.S. Dollars: A 0.60% cross-border fee will be charged.
  • Transactions Involving Currency Conversion: For transactions where currency conversion is required, the fee can be higher, potentially up to 1.00%.
