Hi my name is Jodi Livingston driven by a passion for connecting with people and exceeding expectations, I've spent the last 10 plus years immersed in the dynamic world of sales and marketing. My recent focus in new home sales for the past three years has opened a new passion in my heart that allowed me to guide individuals and families through the exciting journey of finding their dream home.

Beyond my professional life, family is incredibly important to me. I'm grateful for my wonderful husband and our two furry companions. When I'm not assisting home buyers you can find me expressing my creativity through painting or enjoying the beauty of nature through camping, fishing and hunting. I also appreciate the opportunities to unwind and recharge with the beach getaways, cruises and breathtaking sunsets near any water.
