Melissa Wicker

Melissa has been helping homeowners in West Texas for 30 years. She enjoys helping families achieve their homeownership dreams. She has experience with all types of loans, including Jumbo, FHA, Conventional, VA, and Non-QM loans. Her goal is to guide you through a smooth and easy mortgage process while providing education on the best type of loan.

Melissa and her husband Cody have two children. They love spending time together as a family and traveling to see Ole Miss football games. She calls Midland her hometown, but with parents and grandparents involved in the oil industry, she spent a year of her childhood living on an oil-field camp in Saudi Arabia. She feels blessed to serve as a board member on the Midland Chamber of Commerce, Safe Place Board, Midland Festival Ballet, West Texas Food Bank, and Midland Community Housing Trust Board. She also is the sustainer and serves on the advisory board of the Junior League of Midland.
